  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup cool coffee
  • 1/3 cup softened butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces blue candy melts
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, cool coffee, softened butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting them into star shapes using a star-shaped cookie cutter.
  5. Melt blue candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in bursts of 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted candy over the brownies and immediately sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
  7. Let set before serving.
