  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • 6 ounces red candy melts
  • 6 ounces blue candy melts
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or resealable bag.
  3. In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until combined.
  4. Scoop mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Chill truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring frequently until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled ball into melted almond bark; let excess chocolate drip off.
  8. Place back on the baking sheet and allow to harden for about 10-15 minutes.
  9. Melt red and blue candy melts separately; drizzle over hardened truffles and add sprinkles while still wet.
