  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • 6 ounces red candy melts
  • 6 ounces blue candy melts
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  3. In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Chill truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Melt white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Let them set on the baking sheet for about 10-15 minutes.
  8. Melt red and blue candy melts separately and drizzle over truffles; add sprinkles if desired.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
