  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • 6 ounces red candy melts
  • 6 ounces blue candy melts
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt the almond bark in the microwave and dip each chilled truffle, tapping off excess chocolate.
  7. While the coating hardens, melt red and blue candy melts for decorating.
  8. Drizzle colored chocolate over truffles and add sprinkles while wet.
