  • 1 ½ lb tilapia (or other white fish)
  • 2½ cups cole slaw mix
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne (more or less for spiciness)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Mix spices and season the fish on both sides.
  2. Place fish in the air fryer basket and brush with olive oil.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook fish for 8–10 minutes until opaque and flaky.
  4. While cooking, prepare the cilantro lime slaw by mixing cole slaw mix, mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, sugar (if using), salt, and pepper.
  5. Once cooked, cut fish into taco-sized pieces and assemble in tortillas topped with slaw.
