  • 1/4 cup apple butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar for rolling
