  • 1 cup diced ripe mango
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 23 tablespoons diced cilantro
  • Juice of 1 small lime
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Dice the strawberries and mango into small pieces.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and dice it while still in the skin before scooping it out.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all prepared ingredients: strawberries, mangoes, avocado, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently to combine.
