  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place skin-side down in the prepared dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break the Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute evenly over each salmon fillet.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a golden top if desired.
