  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half the basil. Mix well.
  4. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and stuff them generously with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Place stuffed breasts in the baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella on top of the sauce.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (juices should run clear).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with remaining basil.
