  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for buttercream)
  • 4 tablespoons milk (for buttercream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients: cake flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy; add wet ingredients (eggnog, milk, oil, vanilla) and mix well.
