Indulge in the Best Oreo Cheesecake, a creamy delight that perfectly combines rich cream cheese and crunchy Oreos. This decadent dessert features an irresistible Oreo crust, topped with a luxurious white chocolate ganache and fluffy whipped cream.

  • 35 Oreos (3 cups | 403g Oreo crumbs)
  • 5 tbsp (70g) butter, melted (salted or unsalted is fine)
  • 24 ounces (678g) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup (207g) sugar
  • 3 tbsp (24g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (230g) sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup (134g) Oreo crumbs (from about 1112 Oreos)
  • 20 Oreos, cut into quarters
  • 7 oz white chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp (60ml) heavy whipping cream
  • Chopped Oreos
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup (58g) powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Oreos, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined. Fold in Oreo crumbs and quartered Oreos.
  3. Pour filling over cooled crust; bake for about 2 hours until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating overnight.
  4. For toppings, melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth. Whip cold heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  5. Once chilled, pour ganache over cheesecake and top with whipped cream and chopped Oreos.
