  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups white cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cake mix, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles just until mixed.
  6. Chill dough for at least one hour before scooping onto sheets.
  7. Optionally press extra chocolate chips and sprinkles on top for decoration.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to wire racks.
