  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, minced
