  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot)
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Halve the bell peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Place them cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, paleo mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and sliced green onions. Mix well.
