  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice: Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add rice and simmer for 15–20 minutes until absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet with olive oil over medium heat, sauté onion for 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
