  • 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter flavoring
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and gradually incorporate sugar.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and butter flavoring.
  5. Stir in butterscotch sauce and chips until blended.
  6. Pour filling over the crust; smooth the top and bake for about 60 minutes or until edges are set.
  7. Allow to cool gradually in the oven for one hour before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  8. Serve topped with Cool Whip and drizzled with butterscotch sauce.
