  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup large basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour marinade over it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
