  • 1 cup soft baking caramels (melted)
  • 1 medium green apple (chopped or thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup chopped gluten-free pretzels or nuts (such as pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Soak apple pieces in lemon water for 5-10 minutes to prevent browning.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth using a double boiler or microwave.
  3. Spread melted chocolate onto lined parchment paper in an even layer.
  4. Top with crushed pretzels, diced apples, drizzled caramel, and additional melted chocolate.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until set; freeze for extra firmness if desired.
  6. Break or cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
