  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 6 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar OR 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, and set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and SunButter together (add vanilla extract) in short increments until smooth.
  3. Pour rice Chex into a large mixing bowl and coat with melted mixture.
  4. Combine spice mix with sugar in another bowl; add to cereal mix and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread on a lined baking sheet to cool; refrigerate for at least 4 hours before breaking apart.
