  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 1¾ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 additional eggs (for cheesecake layer)

  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, then mix in sugar and eggs.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan; layer with cheesecake mixture; top with remaining batter.
