  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 oz frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz cream of celery (or mushroom) soup
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; season as desired.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, frozen potatoes, both soups, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture in the baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
