  • 240 ml water
  • 2 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves
  • 2 tbsp cherry syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 240 ml milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a small saucepan.
  2. Steep the Earl Grey tea leaves for 3–5 minutes, then strain out the leaves.
  3. Return hot tea to the saucepan, stir in cherry syrup and sugar until dissolved.
  4. Let the tea cool slightly before adding milk.
  5. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the milk tea mixture over ice and serve immediately.
