  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Place about 1/4 cup filling on each noodle and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and sprinkle with leftover mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) covered with foil for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
