  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.

  5. While baking, whisk together honey and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat with a splash of water until bubbling.
