  • 3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and mix with buttermilk and melted butter. Gently fold in chopped cherries.
  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry mixture; stir until just combined (lumps are okay).
  5. Pour batter onto the griddle using a 1/4 cup measuring cup. Cook until bubbles form on top (5–7 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (another 5–7 minutes).
  6. Serve warm with desired toppings.
