  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp softened butter

  2. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add the yeast mixture and melted butter to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over the surface.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon over the buttered surface before rolling tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and arrange in a greased baking pan.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
