  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles (approximately 3 x 5 inches).
  4. Scatter half of the chocolate chips on one rectangle and roll it tightly from the short end.
  5. Repeat with the remaining pastry and chocolate chips.
  6. Arrange rolled pastries on the baking sheet with seams facing down.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
