  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon until a thick batter forms.
  2. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Use a mini cookie scoop to drop balls of batter onto the sheet and roll each ball to smooth edges.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 10-15 second increments until smooth.
