  • 1 pound clams
  • ½ pound scallops or shrimp
  • 1 pound firm fish (like halibut)
  • 1 ½ cups dry white wine

  4. Add fish stock or chicken stock along with bay leaves; bring to a boil then lower to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Gradually add seafood starting with mussels and clams; cook for an additional 5-8 minutes until everything is tender.
