  • 7 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Microwave the milk for 20 seconds, then mix with instant coffee until dissolved.
  2. Sift together cake flour, corn starch, and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth, then add the egg yolk and mix well.
  4. Incorporate the prepared coffee into the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Shape the dough into a log, cut into cubes, and roll each cube into an oval shape resembling a coffee bean.
  7. Chill shaped cookies for an hour before baking at 325°F for 12-14 minutes.
