  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ounce package taco seasoning
  • 12 ounces bowtie or rotini pasta (uncooked)
  • 15 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add taco seasoning and black beans; cook for another 2 minutes. Drain excess grease and cool.
  3. In a separate pan, cook bacon until crisp; crumble once cooled.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, combine pasta salad ingredients; gently toss in the dressing.
