  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, shredded (or imitation crab)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of the crab mixture into the center. Wet the edges with water and fold into a ball shape, sealing tightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium-high heat. Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
