  • 4 fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Garlic, herbs, and spices for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets and create pockets by gently slicing the side of each fillet.
  2. Marinate the salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, garlic, green onions, celery, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, lemon zest, Parmesan cheese, dill or parsley.
  4. Stuff each salmon pocket with the filling and brush the tops with melted butter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (205°C) until cooked through (125-130°F internal temperature), about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let rest before serving; garnish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of garlic butter.
