  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt and optional extract (orange or vanilla)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low-medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream until combined and remove from heat.
  2. Add salt and optional extract to the mixture.
  3. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Combine the melted chocolate with the butter mixture once at similar temperatures.
  5. Fold in cranberries and pistachios, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for one hour before refrigerating for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Scoop and roll into one-inch balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
