  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, cooking until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add chicken broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth; simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet along with rigatoni pasta. Toss gently until coated in sauce.
