  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
  • Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • Fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked rice with parsley, dill, salt, and olive oil; fluff with a fork.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 Tbsp butter and olive oil over medium heat; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Season shrimp with salt and pepper; cook in the skillet until opaque.
  4. Build the cream sauce by adding remaining butter and heavy cream to the skillet; simmer until thickened.
  5. Return shrimp to the sauce; stir in remaining herbs and lemon juice.
