  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning (21 Salute Seasoning or similar)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
