  • 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • 2 poblano peppers, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (optional)

Instructions
