Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 chicken cutlets
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 12 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Oil (for frying)
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • 2 French baguettes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, black pepper, and sea salt to create the Caesar dressing. Reserve some dressing to mix with chopped romaine.
  2. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with flour mixture in one plate, egg mixture in another, and breadcrumb mixture in the third.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs before frying until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Slice baguettes open and spread reserved Caesar dressing inside. Layer with crispy chicken cutlets and Caesar salad mixture before serving.
