Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 ½ lbs cucumbers (sliced)
  • ½ red onion (finely sliced)
  • ¼ cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Slice cucumbers lengthwise and then into thin slices. Finely slice the red onion.
