  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 long English cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 loaf sliced bread (crusts removed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and mayonnaise using a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Stir in dill, salt, pepper, lemon zest, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer cucumber slices on half of the prepared bread slices.
  5. Top with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.
  6. Cut off crusts and slice each sandwich into three pieces.
