  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press about 1¾ cups of the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Add semi-crushed raspberries and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, then allow to cool before cutting into bars.
