  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced dill pickles, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, diced cucumber, and fresh dill.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
