  • 2 cups dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 810 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 8 hours.
  2. Mix seasoning ingredients in a bowl and toss with marinated chicken.
  3. Thread chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Brush with half the ranch dressing.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook skewers for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked through (165°F).
  6. Brush with reserved dressing before serving.
