  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread remaining Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with two tablespoons of the seafood mixture and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
