  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup pastel M&M's (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
  • ¼ cup pastel sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients until combined. Fold in M&M's and white chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough into balls (1½ – 2½ tablespoons), pressing tops into sprinkles if desired.
  6. Place on baking sheets with space between each cookie; bake for 8-11 minutes until edges are set.
  7. Cool on wire racks before serving.
