  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (plus 1 teaspoon separated)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by washing and trimming the green beans. Cut chicken into chunks and mince garlic.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces seasoned with salt and pepper; cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
