  2. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, sesame oil, and Japanese mayonnaise; mix well.
  3. With wet hands, take a small amount of sushi rice and flatten it in your palm. Place about a tablespoon of the tuna mixture in the center and mold the rice around it to form a ball.
