  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese (crumbled)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
