  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 bay leaves
